Headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, we are looking to add an experienced Account Manager to our growing team.

Position Summary

The Account Manager is partnered with the Sales Team to facilitate and support the renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell activities needed to support the business.  This person will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships.


  • Management of Salesforce to document customer opportunities and activity and generate reports to manage and prioritize renewal accounts
  • Support Account Owners to manage all renewals in assigned accounts throughout the complete sales cycle
  • Monitor the funnel of expiring agreements, and execute actions in a timely manner to ensure the continuation of assigned customers on renewals agreements
  • Responsible for meeting defined sales performance metrics, quota, renewal/upsell pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting
  • Efficiently handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, upselling, and reinstatement of renewals contracts
  • Expand MegaplanIT’s relationship by addressing broader client security needs through additional MegaplanIT service sales
  • Maintain and communicate an organized understanding of your accounts, opportunities, and day-to-day activities
  • Manage a large number of cold and warm calling activities from lead list identification, call script execution, upselling, and closing
  • Cultivate strong internal working relationships with legal, management, and finance
  • Drive sales cycles to closure to meet internal goals while exceeding client expectations
  • Proposal support including the development and processing of the proposals
  • Attend industry conferences to develop industry expertise and build the MegaplanIT community of clients, customers, and partners


  • Independent self-starter and an effective and cohesive team player
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo & Docusign) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Motivated self-starter prepared to handle high volume of renewal opportunities, email communications and telephone calls
  • Possesses strong organizational skills to keep sales cycles on track
  • Thrives in an extremely fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable people skills
  • Ability to travel only as requested by Leadership 

Additional Experience

  • 1 year of experience with renewals or account management in a B2B sales environment
